- A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email

2.2 Payment Terms
- Prices are displayed in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) or USD
- Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or on arrival (where offered)
- Full payment is required to confirm your booking unless otherwise stated
3. Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation: Up to 48 hours before the tour start time
- 50% Refund: 24-48 hours before the tour start time
- No Refund: Less than 24 hours before the tour start time
Specific tours may have different cancellation policies, which will be displayed on the tour page.
4. Tour Modifications
We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to:
- Weather conditions
- Safety concerns
- Government regulations
- Force majeure events
5. Traveler Responsibilities
- Arrive on time at designated meeting points
- Carry valid identification
- Follow guide instructions for safety
- Respect local customs and traditions
- Inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements
6. Liability
Tripverse acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. We are not liable for:
- Personal injury or accidents during tours
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Delays caused by third parties
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
